Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Voice Actors

Protect the galaxy from its impending doom; discover the voice actors behind Star Wars Jedi: Survivor

There is only one way to evade the Galactic mission to eradicate the last Order 66 survivors: always stay one step ahead. But the Empire has yet to reveal its deadliest weapon…

Follow Cal Kestis, his trusty droid, BD-1, and the Stinger Mantis crew five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, as they fight against the merciless Empire, explore new planets, and unlock more Jedi powers.

With new enemies and allies, larger open-world maps, and upgraded combat modes and lightsaber stances, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the long-awaited sequel to the 2019 game, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, brings us on a new action-packed adventure to restore the Jedi order.

It’s time to dive into a thrilling journey in the world-famous saga; meet the legendary crew of Jedi Survivor voice actors.

A lead that became a favourite in the Star Wars community and reignited the interest in Jedi lore by overcoming his painful past and unforeseeable challenges – including fighting Darth Vader himself – the brave, charismatic Cal is the hero we can’t get enough of.

Although the young Jedi has battled with guilt and ambition, questioning his ability to connect with the force and fighting to overcome the loss of his master, in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, we play an older Cal Kestis, who returns more experienced and determined than ever. As the head of the resistance, Cal journeys through the worlds of Survivor aboard the Stinger Mantis, seeking answers alongside his found family in Cere Junda’s group.

A known Star Wars fan, the voice actor behind Cal is the American actor and model Cameron Monaghan, best known for his role as Ian Gallagher on Showtime’s Shameless as well as his recurring guest appearances in Fox’s Gotham, based on DC’s comic series.

In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Cameron brings a seasoned quality to Cal’s role, highlighting the character’s good-natured traits with an underlying sense of purpose and valour that has come to define the most famous Star Wars heroes.

BD-1 (Gideon Emery)

  • Explorer droid

Whether they are healing aids, exploration buddies, or simply partners during the hardest times, droids have played important roles in almost every Star Wars story. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor brings back BD-1, a smart, brave, and helpful companion bound to steal your heart.

Compact and fearless, BD-1 won fans everywhere from the very beginning, assisting Cal throughout his journey in Fallen Order. As an explorer droid, BD-1 accompanied Jedi Master Eno before it befriended Padawan Cal Kestis on his quest to restore the Jedi Order. The two became inseparable – so much so that an early-stage design for Cal Kestis shows him wearing a backpack/charging base for BD-1.

In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, the vision behind the BD-1’s communication skills and emotional expression were created by the legendary Star Wars sound designer Ben Burtt and actor Gideon Emery. Gideon’s run as a voice actor in gaming credits is already impressive, with titles such as Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, World of Warcraft: Legion and Final Fantasy XII, to name a few.

Emery used a cardboard mock-up of BD-1 and a flute to produce the sounds and the characteristic droid chirps for the BD-1, while his experience as a motion capture actor helped create the movement for the droid’s animation.

Cere Junda (Debra Wilson)

Cere Junda (Debra Wilson)

  • Cere Junda
  • Jedi Order

Cere Junda was among the fleeing Jedi who survived Order 66, the purge that almost annihilated the Jedi Order. The former Jedi Knight lived in isolation until her path crossed with Cal Kestis, the young and lost Padawan. She became his mentor providing the much-needed guidance Cal sought in his new mission to rebuild the Jedi Order and build a better future.

In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Cere is an ally to Cal’s cause and skilled in lightsaber combat, but her most compelling trait is her connection to the force and the dark side.

The voice actor playing Cere is Debra Wilson. Debra has voiced many video game characters, and 2022 was her year; she appeared in God of War: Ragnarök, World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, the Callisto Protocol, and Diablo Immortal.

In Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, voice actor and writer Debra Wilson gives Cere Junda a confident and authoritative voice with deep and soothing undertones, making her character a memorable leader and mentor.

Bode Akuna (Noshir Dalal)

  • Bode Akuna
  • Mercenary

Although he plays a smaller part in Cal’s journey, Bode Akuna’s role as an ally in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is crucial. The mercenary is like a brother to Cal and has always been clear about his opposition to the Empire. But there is still a lot we don’t know about Bode’s past: is he a Purge survivor? Could he also be sensitive to the force the way Cal is?

Regardless of his mysterious background, Bode is expected to bring his strong blaster game and jetpack in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, so we can expect some show-stopping scenes in the new game.

The voice actor behind the rebellious gunslinger Bode Akuna is Noshir Dalal, who has an impressive history in the Star Wars franchise. Noshir Dalal portrays Varko Grey in Star Wars: Squadrons, Rass Ordo in the online role-playing Star Wars: The Old Republic, and Vice Admiral Rampart in the animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch.

His performance capture and voiceover work in videogames and animation include roles in Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Red Dead Redemption II, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, where the voice actor plays the shinobi in the English version of the game, as well as Master Izo in Ghost of Tsushima.

Nightsister Merrin (Tina Ivlev)

  • Merrin
  • Zabrak (Dathomirian)

We love a classic antagonist-turned-ally story, and Nightsister Merrin did not disappoint. Merrin not only saves Cal’s life at the end of the first game, but she also joins the Stinger Mantis as an integral member of the crew.

Merrin’s role as an antagonist was introduced in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, where she was manipulated by the fallen Jedi Taron Malicos. Initially, suspicious of Cal’s intentions, Merrin unleashed as many hurdles as possible upon the young Jedi in an attempt to stop him, using her skills in necromancy, teleportation, and element manipulation.

Merrin is one of the last dark side users, known as the Nightsisters of Dathomir, which could provide players with an opportunity to experience new force powers in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The voice actor behind the character, Tina Ivlev, has given Merrin a steely, formidable voice profile that makes her a force to be reckoned with.

Before Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, Tina Ivlev had a former appearance as a voice actor in games as Lauren Staples in Dead Rising 3. She has appeared in over twenty TV series, including FOX’s Shameless alongside her co-star, Cameron Monaghan.

Greez Dritus (Daniel Roebuck)

  • Greez Dritus
  • Latero

Greez Dritus is an experienced pilot who works for Cere Junda, the only person in the galaxy he seems to hold in high esteem. When he is not piloting the Stinger Mantis, Greez can be found bragging about his skill as a pilot and cooking. He detests warfare and refuses to engage in combat if he can avoid it, but he is willing to put his life on the line for those he cares about.

Greez is known for his crusty manners. He is irritable and very protective of his ship, which is why he took a while to accept Cal as an outsider. In Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, however, the four-armed Latero captain is fully loyal to the crew.

The voice actor behind Greez is Daniel Roebuck, known both for his impressive list of film credits and TV roles. Daniel Roebuck, who established himself in The River’s Edge where he co-starred with Keanu Reeves has also voiced Mark Bishop in the legendary game L.A. Noir and Gary Finkel in Dead Rising 3.

Dagan Gera (Cody Fern)

  • Dagan Gera
  • High Republic Jedi

Before he succumbed to the Dark side, Dagan Gera was a renowned Jedi of the High Republic. Ambitious and incredibly powerful with excellent combat skills, Dagan is one of the most formidable bosses players will encounter in Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, and the only character to have beaten Rayvis in a duel.

In the wake of the Nihil Marauders’ invasion of Tanalorr, the world he had become obsessed with and aspired to transform into a Jedi utopia, Dagan ruthlessly massacred his fellow Knights. He bore the consequences of his actions when the Jedi Council severed his right arm and sentenced him to centuries of imprisonment on the desolate planet of Koboh.

Cal sets Dagan Gera free, only to discover that his desire for revenge against the Jedi burns stronger than ever.

The shunned Jedi is portrayed by the Australian actor and director Cody Fern, best known for his role as Michael Langdon in American Horror Story: Apocalypse.

Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison)

Boba Fett (Temuera Morrison)

  • Boba Fett
  • Mandalorian Hunter

Although Boba Fett appears in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor briefly, he is a legendary bounty hunter and one of the oldest characters in the series. Boba Fett’s first appearance was in 1980’s Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, where he was introduced as one of the bounty hunters hired by Darth Vader to track down Han Solo.

Though players may expect Boba Fett to be after the bounty on Cal’s head in Jedi: Survivor, Boba Fett is actually intent on catching Caij Vanda, the agile bounty hunter you will have to defeat while playing as Cal in the game.

Temuera Morrison voices Boba Fett and plays the character in the Disney TV series The Book of Boba Fett. He also voices the Mandalorian hunter in the Star Wars: Visions anthology and the 2015 video game Star Wars: Battlefront.

Eno Cordova (Tony Amendola)

Eno Cordova (Tony Amendola)

  • Eno Cordova
  • Jedi Master

Eno Cordova is a returning character from Jedi: Fallen Order, previously seen only through holograms. He is the Jedi Master who trained Cere Junda and the previous caretaker and companion of BD-1. In Jedi: Survivor, Eno Cordova returns to work with Cere on restoring the Jedi Archive on Jedha.

Although players don’t get to see much of Eno Cordova in action in the game, the Jedi Master is a powerful and experienced fighter, well-versed in Force manipulation.

Tony Amendola, the voice behind Eno in Jedi: Survivor, is a veteran actor with over 40 years of experience in film and television. Apart from his notable roles as Father Perez in Anabelle and Don Luiz in The Mask of Zorro, he has voiced Khadgar for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight, Jared Hester in Final Fantasy XV, appeared in Call of Duty, and more.

Darth Vader (Scott Lawrence)

  • Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker)
  • Human (cyborg)

Once a heroic Jedi Knight with a bright future, Anakin Skywalker is regarded as one of the strongest Jedi, “The Chosen One,” and easily the most legendary villain in pop culture.

In Jedi: Survivor, the iconic, black-helmeted Darth Vader arrives at Jedha with destructive intentions and faces Cere, the only one who can stop him from destroying the new Jedi Archive.

The voice actor behind the distinctively ominous, raspy-breathing Darth Vader is Scott Lawrence. This isn’t his first time voicing the Chosen One, as he played Darth Vader in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Vader Immortal: A Star Wars VR Series, and Star Wars: Squadrons. He has made appearances as a voice actor in other video games such as Ground Zero Texas: Nuclear Edition and The Division 2, as well as starred in multiple TV series.
