More about casting Voice Actors for corporate projects
To engage with an audience first you must know who they are and what they want.

Your corporate presentation or video should build rapport and ultimately the voice actor plays the role of an expert. Knowledgeable about the business, convincing and persuasive about the features and benefits.
This can be a difficult mix of qualities to find in a voice actor. The age and education level of the audience is important too. If you’re audience are all middle-aged men with degree level educations, will they sit up and take notice if the voice sounds a lot younger? Possibly not, but that’s not to say corporate communications should all sound the same age as the audience. A younger voice could be perfect, for example if you’re presenting how to sell services to the same young demographic, thus lending more weight to the proposal.

Whether your audience is worldwide or region specific also plays an important role in casting. Choosing a distinctly American voice actor to narrate a corporate video for a business based in Yorkshire, England won’t go down at all well. Unless of course they are promoting their services to the American market.
Know your audience and choose a voice that speaks their language.
