London has the largest population in the UK, so it should be no surprise that it also houses the most UK voiceover talent. London provides the media industry with an extensive range of voiceover sounds, styles, and multiple accents with a vast mixture of cultures. With more voices on Voquent than all other cities on this list combined, London is undoubtedly the capital of UK voiceover.
London has firmly secured its place in the media industry. The television broadcasting headquarters of the BBC and ITV are both based in the city. Major production houses are also found in the heart of London, such as Eon Productions, which is responsible for James Bond, and MARV Studios, which made Layer Cake, Stardust, and many more international blockbusters.
Reading
